We are a specialised career service aiming to contribute towards affordable warmth, by tackling labour shortages within the Construction Industry and Retrofit market.
We are building the bridge that connects those seeking to join the Industry with those looking to hire skilled workers.
We are building a reliable employment network, made up of potential employers and education providers that can benefit from each other, and build structured career pathways for individuals seeking to join the industry.
We are working on creating awareness and boosting interest in the construction industry and retrofit, with a focus on sustainable, green jobs.

Veronica has a background in Research, Architecture, Sustainability and Social Housing. With first hand experience of the unintuitiveness and difficulty of accessing roles within the industry, Veronica co-founded Reevo during Sustainable Venture's Affordable Warmth Incubator with the goal of tackling the barriers present for candidates seeking to access jobs in the Built Environment.
